The marketing department of Radiology Associates of North Texas regularly designs presentations for various purposes throughout the organization. I have designed slide decks for different target demographics, from educational presentations for physicians to use while visiting referring offices to presentations about the organization's core values for HR to use during employee orientation.
This presentation was created for one of the practice's Interventional Radiologists so that he could schedule meetings with referring physicians in the area to educate them on the minimally invasive treatment options that our team can perform.
This slide deck was created for our HR Department and is used to introduce new hires to Radiology Associates of North Texas's core values. These values are at the center of the award-winning culture that the practice has become known for.
Part of Radiology Associates of North Texas's leadership development program, this deck was created to walk new managers through the best ways to have difficult conversations with their employees, particularly around annual performance reviews.
