Physician Recruiting
With the shortage of radiologists in mind, physician recruiting has become a critical part of RADNTX's marketing efforts. I have worked closely with the team's recruiters to overhaul many of their printed materials and promotional items, ensuring they are aesthetically updated and accurately reflect the core messaging strategy.
RECRUITING MATERIALS BEFORE UPDATE
For years, RADNTX's physician recruiting team had been using the same trade show booth and printed materials. Not only were these materials somewhat aesthetically dated, but they were also off-brand according to the company guidelines. The practice had transitioned away from the blue color palette to the current tan, white, and grey tones, yet many of the physician recruiting materials continued to utilize blue as the primary color, as shown in the examples below.

UPDATED RECRUITING MATERIALS
After meeting with the recruiting team to solidify their messaging strategy, I oversaw the production of all their new materials. My goal was to push the RADNTX brand in a direction that was more in line with the practice's messaging as the premier private practice at the forefront of innovation in the industry. To do this, I first updated the color palette to reflect the appropriate RADNTX branding across all materials, giving them a more cohesive feel. I also took into consideration a more modern design philosophy, focusing on simple yet eye-catching designs that efficiently and memorably communicate pieces of our core messaging.
