Internal Events

A practice the size of Radiology Associates of North Texas has internal events throughout the year with varying stylistic requirements. These events allow me to explore and expand the creative boundaries of the practice's branding. Whether it's an elegant open house invitation, graphics for physician events, or custom

t-shirts for charitable giving initiatives, these projects allow me to further develop my skills and produce designs for the practice that carry my creative voice.

Every year, Radiology Associates of North Texas hosts a welcome party for new physicians at a Texas Rangers game. An opportunity for new physicians to meet one another and socialize with established radiologists in the group, it also serves as an opportunity for the marketing team to make an impression on new group members.

My goal was to incorporate the Texas Rangers branding, iconography, and aesthetic into event-specific Radiology Associates materials. The invitation drew inspiration from not only the team's primary color palette but also design trends from across the sports industry. The koozie and stickers both integrate RANT's branding into logos from different eras of the Texas Rangers' iconography. Emblematic of the event itself, these materials blend the new and the old, all while emphasizing the practice's unique and recognizable logos.

ZOO DAY 2026

Zoo Day 2026 Invite.webp

Radiology Associates of North Texas occasionally partners with the Fort Worth Zoo to host a Zoo Day for physicians, admin staff, and families. I wanted the materials for this event to utilize modern design trends to create something that felt familiar and even nostalgic, hearkening back to a time when team members would have gone to the zoo with their families as children.

Leaning into earthy tones and a subtle safari aesthetic, I created a modern, minimalist logo and utilized larger, rounded fonts to evoke a playful, family-oriented feel one might expect at the zoo.

The design and branding were applied to all internal communications for the event, including the invite and the digital signage that was displayed on TVs throughout the office. The logo was also utilized as the primary design on the t-shirts that employees received and wore to the event.

NEW ADMIN OFFICE OPEN HOUSE 2025

RANT Open House Invite.webp

In 2025, the Radiology Associates of North Texas administrative team moved to a new corporate office. After the team got settled in their new space, the organization hosted an open house for group physicians, vendors, and families to view the new space.

The direction for this project was to create an elevated and elegant version of RADNTX's branding. To do so, I utilized the practice's existing color palette and added marble elements alongside black and white imagery of the new building. This can be seen on the invite and in the slideshow that rotated on the office screens throughout the event, showcasing the practice's history as well as before and after pictures of the remodeled space. I also created a pair of posters for the event. One was displayed in the lobby to direct guests to the correct floor, and the other was a map shown just outside the elevators on our floor.

MISCELLANEOUS INTERNAL EVENT MATERIALS

Many events throughout the year require only a few deliverables rather than comprehensive event branding. While often much smaller in scale, I see these as opportunities to push myself in new creative directions, delivering collateral that feels fresh and truly unique to each event.

In late 2025, our team decided to start branding each of the quarterly all-staff meetings with a unique theme. For Q1 2026, we decided to pay homage to our Chief Strategy Officer, Brian Van Eck, by reimagining the summer punk rock festival known as Van's Warped Tour into Van Eck's Warped Tour. The pieces above highlight the custom logo created for the meeting, as well as the invitation that showed on our internal displays. I also created a custom slide deck for the event, but it cannot be shared due to the sensitive information included.

Above are invitations for the Q3 Enterprise Meeting, the annual tailgate competition, and the annual chili cookoff. While each serves the same function, all three carry a very distinct voice appropriate for the event. The first two were sent out via email, and the third was shown as part of the company's rotating announcement displays in the administrative office.

This t-shirt was designed for our administrative team's annual Servant's Heart event, which allows team members to sign up for various community service options throughout the city. I wanted to integrate elements that represented Fort Worth, the home of our administrative office, and the city our team was actively giving back to. The resulting design featured a horseback cowboy and the Fort Worth skyline, alluding to the city's famous country-politan nature.
